1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by PrintPOP Pty Ltd (“PrintPOP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including:
- our website
- our automated custom printing and vending machines
- all products and services offered
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. DEFINITIONS
- “Machine” means any automated device, kiosk, or system operated by PrintPOP that enables customers to customise, produce, or purchase printed or manufactured products.
- “Products” means any goods produced, printed, or dispensed by the Machine, including but not limited to customised phone cases, apparel, accessories, and other items.
- “User Content” means any images, designs, text, or files uploaded by customers.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 12 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use our services.
4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
- All orders are subject to acceptance by PrintPOP
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Orders become final once confirmed and/or when production begins
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree that:
- you will provide accurate information
- you will select the correct product and specifications
- you will review your design before confirming
- you are responsible for the quality and legality of uploaded content
6. USER CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By uploading content, you grant PrintPOP a:
- non-exclusive,
- worldwide,
- royalty-free licence
to use the content solely for:
- producing your order
- operating our services
You warrant that:
- you have the right to use the content
- it does not infringe any third-party rights
We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
7. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
- product previews are digital representations only
- colours and placement may vary slightly in the final product
- minor variations do not constitute defects
8. MACHINE USAGE
When using a PrintPOP Machine:
- you must follow on-screen instructions
- all selections must be reviewed before confirmation
- once printing begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled
- We are not responsible for user errors during machine use.
9. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
- all prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- prices may change at any time without notice
- payments are processed via secure third-party providers
10. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
- Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PrintPOP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
- we are not responsible for customer errors (e.g. incorrect selections, poor image quality)
Our liability is limited to:
- replacement of the product
- repair of the product
- refund of the purchase price
as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. MACHINE AVAILABILITY AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
- we do not guarantee uninterrupted machine operation
- we are not liable for delays or interruptions
- in case of machine failure, remedies will be assessed in accordance with our policies
13. PROHIBITED USE
You must not:
- upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content
- attempt to interfere with or damage machines
- misuse our systems or services
We reserve the right to deny service for violations.
14. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify PrintPOP against any claims arising from:
- your use of our services
- your User Content
- your breach of these Terms
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may use third-party providers for:
- payments
- hosting
- analytics
We are not responsible for their services or actions.
16. PRIVACY
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for:
- breach of these Terms
- suspected misuse or fraud

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
